What happens across three months

Month One

Map the system

We start by understanding your specific nervous system — not assumptions or archetypes. Your patterns, your triggers, your default states. We learn to read the body before we try to change it. This phase feels slow. It's the most important one.

Month Two

Work with what's there

Now we have a map, we start working with what's stored. Somatic practices, energy work, psychological exploration. This is where most people feel things shift in ways they can't fully explain yet — that's the nervous system catching up.

Month Three

Integrate and anchor

We consolidate what's changed. You learn to work with your own system going forward — what to do when old patterns pull, how to read what your body is telling you. The goal isn't dependency. It's capability.
