The version of me
that looked fine

For years, I was the high achiever who had it together. Emirates flight attendant. Fit. Driven. Building a life that looked exactly like it was supposed to.

Inside? Running on fumes and calling it discipline. I was functioning at a level most people would look at and think — she's good. But I wasn't good. I was surviving in the most sophisticated way possible.

The frustrating part wasn't the pain. It was that I understood it. I could explain exactly why I was stuck. And I still couldn't move.

The shift that changed everything

Somatic work wasn't something I discovered in a book. I found it in my body — when everything else stopped working. And when I felt what it could actually do, I went back to school to understand why.

BSc Human Kinesiology. I wanted to understand the body the way a scientist does. Then layered in yoga, movement, energy work, and somatic trauma approaches — not as a menu, as one integrated way of working with a human system.

The people I work with aren't broken. They're intelligent, self-aware, genuinely trying — and stuck because they've been working from the neck up. That's what I'm here to change.

BSc Human Kinesiology

The study of human movement and physiology — how the body responds to stress, trauma, and change. The scientific foundation everything else is built on.

Trained to work with the body as the primary site of healing — reading nervous system states and facilitating bottom-up change, not top-down management.

Hatha Yoga Instructor

Yoga as nervous system regulation and embodiment — not fitness. A tool for coming back into the body with intention, woven through every session.

Deep understanding of how movement affects physiology — and how to use the body as a lever for systemic change rather than something to push through.

What to expect

No spiritual bypassing

We work with energy, yes — but we don't skip the hard parts. If something is difficult, we go into it. Not around it, not past it.

Science and soul together

You don't have to choose between the physiological and the energetic. They're the same system — and we work with all of it.

Slow is actually fast

Nervous system work is invisible for a while. I'll be honest about that. The changes happen underneath before they show up on the surface.

My job isn't to fix you. It's to help you access what's already in you — and build a relationship with it instead of fighting it.
