The version of me
that looked fine
For years, I was the high achiever who had it together. Emirates flight attendant. Fit. Driven. Building a life that looked exactly like it was supposed to.
Inside? Running on fumes and calling it discipline. I was functioning at a level most people would look at and think — she's good. But I wasn't good. I was surviving in the most sophisticated way possible.
The frustrating part wasn't the pain. It was that I understood it. I could explain exactly why I was stuck. And I still couldn't move.

The shift that changed everything
Somatic work wasn't something I discovered in a book. I found it in my body — when everything else stopped working. And when I felt what it could actually do, I went back to school to understand why.
BSc Human Kinesiology. I wanted to understand the body the way a scientist does. Then layered in yoga, movement, energy work, and somatic trauma approaches — not as a menu, as one integrated way of working with a human system.
The people I work with aren't broken. They're intelligent, self-aware, genuinely trying — and stuck because they've been working from the neck up. That's what I'm here to change.
